- If you fully and correctly implement the recommended workflows, SOPs, or denial management strategies provided in our toolkits and do not see measurable improvement in your revenue cycle performance, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.
- This guarantee ensures that our clients can invest with confidence, knowing our products are built on proven industry standards and backed by over 20 years of RCM expertise.
Refund Policy
Because our products are digital and knowledge-based, refunds must follow clear, documented criteria. Refunds will be considered only when all of the following conditions are met:
Eligibility for Refund
- The client has fully implemented the provided toolkit or SOPs as instructed.
- Documentation is provided demonstrating correct implementation, such as:
- Copies of internal SOP updates.
- Screenshots of denial tracking logs or payer portal entries.
- Audit logs or staff training documentation.
- A refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Exclusions from Refund
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Failure to implement the recommendations in full or in the manner described.
- Non-use of the product or a change of preference after purchase.
- Misuse, alteration, or selective application of the toolkit.
- Situations where external payer rules, CMS policy changes, or third-party vendor actions override our recommendations.
Refund Request Process
- Submit a written refund request to support@thriverevenuecycle.com within 30 days of purchase.
- Include documentation of implementation steps and results.
- Our compliance and RCM team will review the request within 10 business days.
- Approved refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment within 15 business days.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure fairness and compliance, clients are responsible for:
- Accurate use of coding, billing data, and payer submission practices.
- Staff adherence to updated SOPs, training modules, and workflow changes.
- Providing accurate documentation when requesting a refund.
- Understanding that Thrive’s tools are designed to supplement, not replace, professional judgment or payer-specific rules.
Compliance & Legal Safeguards
- Thrive Revenue Cycle™ toolkits are designed in accordance with industry best practices, CMS guidelines, and HIPAA standards, but they are not a substitute for legal or clinical advice.
- All recommendations must be interpreted within the context of payer contracts, federal regulations, and state-specific laws.
- This Guarantee and Refund Policy does not override CMS, Medicaid, or commercial payer requirements.
